improving our performance

hi team,
i need a new officer bound to a task.
the idea is that someone watches replays of successfull base takedowns and writes down which troops attacked what and how like :

attack 1 24 heavies lvl 14 and 18 zookas lvl 11
going far right right shocking rl near core....

u get the idea?

how do we define successul? not sure here, maybe all bases taken down in 8 or less attacks.

my idea is a new subforum, where we collect the op names and their level...

maybe we also need screenshots or a short description of the base layout.

if we collect these infos, our strategy might boost a bit.
i know maps change, but the general structure stays the same.

reading these 'general tactics guide' once we have it would then be mandatory. if people do insane stuff, they might be warned or worse if it happens too often.

what you think?

i do not have the time, any member wanting to become officer?

Good idea Bernd, but sounds time consuming. 
I definately couldn't do it, I barely get chance to play these days as work continues to get in the way !

it is time consuming but only at the beginning, once we have set up common maps with working tactics, the work is less or even done.
