TINDERBOX on 17-07-2015

Hi! We have missed Tinderbox this Friday. As usual, TF was capable to conduct just 40 attacks. By the end of the op, and considering that newcomers can't attack, we were missing 7 attackers. Here they are.

1. aquaholic. Joined on June 10th, attack rate 18/36 (50%) overall, 1/7 (14%) last week. Missed Sour Grapes on June 20th. Intel 37 average per week, 36 by now.
   
   
2. Brian. Joined on July 11th, the newcomer. Attack rate 3/6 (50%) over 6 days he's with AF2. This is his first miss. Intel 25 by now.
   
   
3. Calminate. Join date unknown. First recorded attack on June 8th. Attack rate 34/38 (89%) overall and 6/7 (86%) last week. Never missed an op. Intel 39 average, 27 by now. Officer.
   
   
4. Neutron. Join date unknown. First recorded attack onon April 28th. Attack rate 48/75 (64%) overall and 4/7 (57%) last week. Missed 2 incomplete ops: Powder Keg on May 15th and Bottleneck on June 30th (our now next-to-last unfinished op). Intel 35 average and 40 by now.
   
   
5. Sir Dan. Join date unknown. First recorded attack on May 24th. Attack rate 37/51 (73%) overall and 2/7 (29%) last week. Missed Bottleneck on June 30th. Intel 30 average and 33 by now.
   
   
6. spudderz. Warned for away time, excused.
   
   
7. yoyo cray B!. Joined on June 1st. Attack rate 32/44 (73%) overall and 4/7 (57%) last week. First miss. Intel 56 average and 46 by now.
   

What does it mean?

Sheet happens, that's what it means. Brian is new, spudderz excused, others are good players with good intel and attack rates. If Two-Missed-Ops rule is applied blindly, aquaholic, Neutron and Sir dan need to go, but nobody wants to loose such great players and intel contributors as they are.

Consider this. Last 30 days we have run 30 ops of different difficulty. We missed Sour Grapes on June 20th (39 attacks), Bottleneck on June 30th (40 attacks), and Tinderbox on July 17th (40 attacks). With the very exceptions - and I've mentioned this multiple times in chat - we complete or incomplete ops with mo more than 40 attacks. Before June 15th number were higher, but TF changes, no need to look in the past.

We have to increase our efficiency in a different way than autokick.

Neutron reported WiFi malfunction for a lenghty period of yesterday.

I dont want to be the trouble maker ( or at least not always ) but aquaholic also missed the tinderbox op on 15/07. Although we did finish that one it was with 44 attacks and DOC finished it with literally some second on the clock. For me this should count as a miss aswell. Just saying ....
