anything that keeps you from making the intel cut

dear team,
i cannot track all your dates and appointments and whatever keeps you from making the intel required.

it makes me a bit upset when i kick or demote people and then they 'remind' me of something that was up and kept them from making the intel and it was not noted in our calendar.i am not adressing a special person this has happened s e v e r a l times now.

we are fifty people and i am not paid for doing this

if you think you cannot make the intel due to business reasons, holiday or whatever PLEASE make a calendar note or tell an officer and ask him to make a calendar note... am getting tired of this kind of thing

btw. things like upgrading lc i am not going to accept anymore, if we want to proceed whe must get rid of all these exceptions. we need more intel

btw. family issues like accidents, deaths etc. are of course nothing for calendar, these exceptions i remember of course. here just pm me,please. and of course you dont have to tell me details, just say for private reasons you cannot play so much and depending for how long, you are excused or kicked and come back asap. think that is fairest for both sides.

Thats a great idea. If someone for some reason cant access the calendar, then they need to make sure that someone else puts it in there for them.

Or i would be fine with if they put a post in the "away for some time" section and say the dates but say they dont have access to the calendar (if they only had internet on a phone), so they ask someone else to do it for them.

I usually check the posts in the time away, but usually dont think to do anything about it since i assume they have put it in the calendar.

I accidentally kicked jdilla because he posted in the forum only. 2nd accident after booting Megajx. Asked him to come back asap

If we are upgrading an lc can we attack without that boat full? I try to time my lc upgrades around ops so this doesn't happen, but I just want to be clear on the policy/rule.
