Hi guys.
Sorry I've not been taking part in the op's for the last few days, but I've not been too good. 
Things have been getting out of hand at work and home and my stress levels have reached breaking point. 
I had to go to the doctors last week with chest pains and he took my blood pressure.....it was 179/119 and my pulse was 94!! 
My doc says I'm extremely stressed.
I'm now on heart medication so hopefully things will improve soon. 
I'll try and keep up my Intel requirements and take part in op's, but I won't mind if you want to kick me for a more active player. I'll just drop down to af5. The last thing I want to do is hold the TF back. This goes for my Kev account in af2 and Kevthered in af4.

First and most important: get better! Find the way to relax, take medicine, breathe normally.

Regarding TF, I don't think one would like to kick you out, especially given the circumstances. If you want to, if you feel need to step back from the game, AF5 is waiting fir you, with your place reserved at home. But it's your call, and no one is pushing. Get better!

please take things easy and try relax.
af5 is a good plan. try to elminiate all stresses , no mater if they are even a silly game.
really hope to see you back soon in better circumstances.

Hopefully I'll be back to my old self in a week or so, just need to chill a bit and let the med's work.
